Digital Products Policy

All products sold on OkayFlix are digital goods including software licenses, subscriptions, and activation codes. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered to your email.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Product key or activation code is invalid or already used
  • Product delivered does not match the description
  • Technical issues prevent product activation
  • Duplicate purchase made by mistake

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
